Previously at Korskrogen, Noel filled his aspiration panel. Caroline didn't get a wishing well and worked to get more lovers. Alexander moved to Uni. Maja learned to study. Stina and Tony had twins Charlie and Jonathan, at the very last moment before she got too old. Stina got a secondary aspiration of grilled Cheese and started in the Law

Nice round, a lot of interesting things happened. That Nathaniel totally forgot about his wife, I noticed. Caroline seems to have a very fitting Aspiration - at least she is a successful romance sim. But why is Tony so upset when he just got a promotion?

Amazing how you manage to keep your cool when the game starts acting weird. Well, it is just a _game_, so of course the world won't go under if a hood crashes, but all the time and effort put into it feels like such a waste. I can get really obsessive when I try to fix it. Nowadays I always make sure to make a backup (with SimPe) of the hoods I've been playing when I´ve quit playing for the day. All my favourite sims are also extracted and packed in Body Shop. And _Everything_ has a backup on both my harddrive and an external drive.

Actually I had a lot of problems with my game crashing recently. It turned out to be the DVD unit, so that was easy to fix. Since I replaced it (I did it myself - yay for me, I'm really proud because I'm not very practical) the game hasn't crashed once

Tony was really, really tired that day, so he whines about that when he comes home promoted. That's why he's in his robe at the birthday party later ;)
The crash was a real scare - it happened late Friday night and I just left everything and went to bed. Then Saturday, I managed to fix it. I don't know what I would have done if the lot backup wouldn't have fixed it. The Mattsmyra hood is 5 RL years old, so it's not totally unexpected that it starts to fall apart - I just hope that I will be able to finish the challenge :S

Glad you were able to save them! Hopefully it will continue to behave on the new lot. Good luck to Caroline getting the rest of her 20 in. Doesn't look like Elderhood is going to slow her down any.

The hard thing with that LTW is that not only the lover, but herself too falls out of love when she's caught cheating. And she has had some lovers that are dead now and they don't Count either, obviously!

Sentrybots are awesome - as long as they don't malfunction and attack the residents. ^_^;

All the lot malfunctioned so the bot didn't have time to... :/
Now they don't have the bot anymore, but they are alive and well :)

Whew!! That was a scary moment, but glad you got the house working again. I know it will eventually happen in my hoods too, so I try and keep good backups, but it would still freak me out!

It did freak me out and I was really wondering what I would do if the first rescue of the lot didn't work. Luckily it worked :)
