Tallåsen year 88-92 - Rainy Wedding

Previously at Tallåsen, Martin and Sofie were alone in their big house with Melissa off at Uni. Sofie reached her second LTW of becoming the Law and grew up very well to elder. Martin fixed the plumbing in his IKEA store and worked it to level 8. And lastly, the couple adopted a random kitten they named Random.

Pets are overrated - that's valid both in the sims and IRL. I'm not a family sim if you can't tell :)

I'd agree about pets being overrated in the game. I rarely have/let my sims get them because I mostly just find them annoying to deal with. I do like pets IRL though, and we've always had several of them.

I never noticed that the shopping bags change as the level increased! Good work achieving the "golden bag," Martin!

I don't usually approve of gals changing to please some guy, but I must admit, Melissa's blue hair looks fun!

"The wedding is off with a bang" made me laugh! :D There's nothing like a traditional Sim wedding.

It was an extremely lagging wedding due to the full day of rain, so my computer and I really struggled to get through it :)

Actually the bags change based on how much they're buying I think. A gold bag indicates that the sim is buying stuff worth a lot of $$ from the business.

Ah! That would explain why I haven't seen it. My Sims have achieved high-level businesses, but they get there by selling cheap stuff. ;)

Great update as always. Lots going on with this lot it seems. Congrats on the lvl 10 business, and looks like he's off to a roaring start with the mall. Too bad about Gumman. Hopefully no one was too upset by his passing.

Gumman was mostly totally ignored. The family only wishes for Random Irratic kittens ;)

Business success depends on the sim. Martin is quite easy to deal with, but Leif Hartwig drives me crazy. They both run their businesses the same way, but still Martin succeeds and Leif does not

Good job with the businesses. I'm currently struggling my way through the Kimon 2 house where Hua-Ling is STILL working on her 5 businesses. She just reached her 3rd tonight....FINALLY. Love the wishes for very random pet. :)

MArtin is now my best chance to reach 5 top-level businesses, since one other splayer is out of the game...
I really hope he can do it. Then I can reroll all other sims that gets that LTW in the future :)
