I hope you don't mind if I just communicate my feelings in emoji and incoherent noisesnijibugOctober 21 2011, 17:36:39 UTC
LIKE IN WINTER SONATA?, writes Elizabeth.
Katsura-san nods sagely.
uwaaahhh ;~;
his eyes look like an old man's and a lost child's
;A;
and the gaming arcades that still play 8-bits games

Oh man I love how you included the elizura scene from "Kiseki" ED 6 /flipperflail
At first silence works ...... never cares about blending with the crowd, anyway.
This whole section made me hug my laptop screen ;u;
but when Katsura-san returns to their shared bedroom, Elizabeth pretends to sleep. ZZZZ, declares her placard.
uwaahh waaahhh I am crying
Oh goddddddd Katsura's exercise book waiiiiii /blubbers into teddy bear's stomach
still more of an ideal than a person
Q__________________________________________Q
Katsura-san looks rather handsome with his new haircut, but Elizabeth knows that is not the problem. The problem is Katsura-san once had three friends, and now he only has two, and they have all moved on, and he is all alone.OH GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD /puts face in hands and bawls

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ~hugs niji with mooseflippers~
That small moment in Kiseki is my favorite part of the ED, so I had to include it in some form. ;u;
Re: the gender pronoun, that was an interesting question as it was actually a last-minute switch. I had the entire fic written with Eli assuming the male gender, but when I reread the story it seems to lack that...vaguely sweet Eli essence. *makes flippery hand motions* So I was thinking, okay, Eli is mostly genderless-towards-male, but sometimes he/she can be very ladylike too? So in my headcanon Eli doesn't really understand the male/female classifications but Zura makes him/her feel like a pretty lady, so she thinks of herself as one around him. ~You make me feel like a woman~, and all.
Oh my god i am just wibbling at the screen right now and making all manner of embarrassing noises omg. This is so sweet and bittersweet and perfectly paced, and the references to Kdramas ksldjfkdsg WHY ARE THESE TWO SUCH BEAUTIFUL INTERGALACTIC BFFs I CAN'T HANDLE THIS
You have no idea how much this comment meant to me. Toll is one of my favorite fics ever in this fandom and I lovelovelove your writing, so. Thank you. ♥
When I saw this I was like "omg omg omg elizura fic yaaaaay" And now I'm weeping like a little baby, because this is so beautiful ;_; ♥
"Guilt, Elizabeth decides, is the most troublesome of all emotions. It clings like a second skin (or latex suit), refusing to be peeled off by indifference."
That is so true, I loved that part.

;____; oh man, my heart... (I really got watery eyes when I read that) One of the reasons I love Eli so much is because without him, Katsura would be very lonely :( So I'm glad that Eli is there for him ^^
I wanted to write a long/pretty comment but I'm lame and can't express what this fic made me feel, ughhh...so I'll just say I think it's perfect and I really loved it, it made my night ♥♥♥ *saves to memories*

THIS so much. I mean, I'm sure Zura's happy that Gintoki has a whole new family who love him but it's still kind of bittersweet, you know? So I'm glad he got our (precious, badass, adorable) Eli. She's Zura's Yorozuya.
