I was rewatching some of my favourite season 5 episodes (having recently got the DVD set!) and that's always one of my favourites from 'Bury Your Dead'.

One of the reasons (among many) I love NCIS is the subtleties of some of the scenes-- in this case, that the team doesn't exchange any words between Tony stepping out of the elevator and the final, "What, no balloons?"; yet they've backed him up in such an important way when minutes ago they thought he was dead.

Oh so very true. No matter what else is going on, he can rely on his team. That scene was excellent and this is the perfect description of it.
