Harry Welsh. Has to be. Because of this:

Aggressive by nature, stubborn by default, lazy at times, resents being resentful.

And the rest, too, but that line was him in a nutshell and thus I can see no other.

(Also, M*A*S*H for the win. Very different kind of show, but completely awesome.)

I also see Welsh! I think the thing that convinced me of this the most is that you described your leadership style as fiery. Which is something that I totally see in Harry :)
