I had a hard time with this one but I agree with a few of the others with Sobel. You're extremely competative and seeking perfection and added with how you'd deal with being under a lot of pressure reminded me of how he was leading his soldiers in wargames prior to D-Day. And this isn't a bad thing at all, because as Guarnere wrote back to me several years ago, without Sobel to train them the way that he did, they wouldn't have been nearly as tough and we need leaders like Sobel. :)
