I'm voting Lip, though I see some Webster there as well. But maybe you're a bit more technical and thinking. :)

This says Lipton all over. I mean, there are bits and pieces where I want to say Roe, but Lipton was the first person to come to mind.

Your answers really remind me of Talbert. I saw him immediately, when I started to read your application. I think, he is the perfect choice for you. Especially for what you said in the first part of your app.

I would have to say Lipton. The manner in which you describe your leadership style and ways of conflict resolution jump out at me particularly. Also the way you describe how you show your feelings for others. I very much see Lipton, as others seem too as well :)
