Q. How long does it take you to wake up and get out of the house?
A. One hour for school. My school has “no bed head” policy. That’s why I have to fix my bead head, even though I used to go to school with a crazy bed head in middle school (laughs).
Q. How many points do you think is your MC skills?
A. 42 points. I have yet to get a high score. I feel like I’m always on the edge of the bad grade (laughs).
Q. How many people can you call as your best friend?
A. One! And that’s Dai chan. Actually, this is just me thinking how I wish he could become my best friend in the future.
Q. How many bowls of rice can you eat, if you were to give your all?
A. Five bowls. I think I can go more with yakiniku.
Q. How many times did you cry this year?
A. Five times. Latest one was three days ago. My little sister’s dear guinea pig died. She was crying her eyes out …. When I saw that, I just got tears in my eyes too. She loved (the guinea pig) so much that she even brought it to bed with her. I couldn’t do anything for her but I was by her side the whole time.
Q. How many girls have you liked so far?
A. Maybe about three people. I don’t think I’m a type who falls in love that easily.
Q. How many lessons have you taken so far?
A. Two, studio and soccer. Studio is a place you learn art like oil painting and clay.
Q. How much kg do you need to gain before seriously dieting?
A. 15kg. Gaining about 5kg is still in the safe zone.
Q. How much have you spent the most at a convenience store?
A. There’s a manga that only sales in the convenience store. When I buy few books of them, I guess the total comes to about 2000 yen [$20]. This expense hurts quite a lot!
Q. How old is your ideal marriageable age?
A. Until 30 years old… I’d like to around 27 years old.
Q. What day was your audition day?
A. August, if I’m not mistaken. No, july…. Ummm, it was summer (laughs)! Eh, what year? Umm… (Counts with fingers) 2004…. Maybe (laughs)
Q. How many cell phones have you had so far?
A. This is my 4th one. It’s a slider and has 3 straps.
Q. How many times have you had a serious fight before?
A. More than 10 times. Maybe it’s because I’m reading a yankee manga but I like fights (laughs). I’ll fight if someone’s looking for one, then we’d become friends after… sort of like that (laughs). In JUMP, it’d be Dai chan, Ryutaro… I have with Yuto kun too. In guys world, fight = friendship.
Q. What’s something that you think will be fun for all 10 to do?
A. We have large numbers of people so ocean or theme parks, somewhere large scaled like that would be fun to play around in, don’t you think?

Q. How long does it take you to wake up and get out of the house?
A. 30 minutes. I barely make it since I eat breakfast and take a bath.
Q. How many points do you think is your MC skills?
A. 20 points. I still don’t know the timing of when I should join in. I’m aiming as a person who can be active during MC in the future so I’ll do my best!
Q. How many people can you call as your best friend?
A. About 10 people. There are new friends I made and there are friends I’ve known since kindergarten. The person I get along the most is the friend I’ve known since kindergarten. We have fights frequently but that proves we get along that well.
Q. How many bowls of rice can you eat, if you were to give your all?
A. I think I can go 4 bowls. Lemon is goes well with white rice! I once squirted some on after playing around but it was fresh and surprisingly good. It’s like vinegar rice with that sour taste.
Q. How many times did you cry this year?
A. I think I have the most out of JUMP. About 14 times? There are tears of regret, tears of when I got in trouble with my parents… at the movie theater, I cried when I was touched. I saw a movie about a dog’s life and I cried for 10 minutes straight. But comparing from before, the numbers of times I cried has decreased. I’m growing up. I think.
Q. How many girls have you liked so far?
A. 5~6 girls. When I start having interest like I wonder what they’re doing… I’ve somehow fall in love with them… I have that a lot.
Q. How many lessons have you taken so far?
A. Cram school, karate, second cram school, English… these four. I think karate was the most fun but the practice was so hard that I cried all the time (laughs)
Q. How much kg do you need to gain before seriously dieting?
A. 10kg. When that happens, I’m going to run with my dog!

A. 2000 yen ($20) When I thought “this is about 500 yen ($5) buying like any other day, it was that total and I was shocked (laughs)

A. For some reason or other, 26!

A. I think it was August 12th, 2004. I joined around the same times as Yama chan.

A. 5th and by the way, the color is black!
Q. How many times have you had a serious fight before?
A. 100 times for sure. I do have Shintaro kun (laughs). But I’ve never fought with my little sister and I don’t think I have with JUMP either. I can never win because of the size difference.
Q. What’s something that you think will be fun for all 10 to do?
A. Ocean! I’m not good at swimming but I bet it’ll be fun playing in the sand~.

Q. How long does it take you to wake up and get out of the house?
A. When I’m going to school, I’m fine with 30 minutes but I try to get up at 45 min~ an hour before to give myself time.
Q. How many points do you think is your MC skills?
A. 52 points. The members told me “You’re suited for tsukkomi”, I’ve been working with my tsukkomi.

Q. How many people can you call as your best friend?
A. Just one. An English boy, who suddenly appeared at Odaiba concert one day. Maybe it’s not the right way to put it as best friend but I love Keito. His personality is really great and I don’t think there’s anyone who’d talk bad about Keito.
Q. How many bowls of rice can you eat, if you were to give your all?
A. I don’t have a “serious” mode for food (laughs). If I had my favorite chanjya [salted fish guts]… I can go with 2 bowls.
Q. How many times did you cry this year?
A. I cried watching a movie the other day. I was a goner at a scene where a comrade dies. I’m really sensitive when a friend or a loved one passes away.

A. I can include kindergarten and elementary school, right? Then, about five.

A. English, karate, and another English… that’s about it.

A. I finally got to 55kg. But my best weight is about 58kg so I’ll think about that…. If I ever gain 10kg, I think I’ll feel the weight when I’m dancing.

A. The 5th. Cell phones tend to become cheap, even the newest model after a year right? I renew at those timing.

A. If I include my little brother, this is going to turn up to a really big number (laughs). At work, umm… I think 3 times. But, we made up right after. I give out the “I don’t care at all” aura and tease the other person… that’s my way of making up. Girls fights are stubborn and long lasting, right? Guys don’t have those things so, that’s an exclusive to guys!
Q. What’s something that you think will be fun for all 10 to do?
A. Variety show! Sounds fun with our strong personalities.

Q. How long does it take you to wake up and get out of the house?
A. About 30 minutes. The shortest was when I over slept and I got on the train 5 minutes after I woke up (laughs). My head blank that time.
Q. How many points do you think is your MC skills?
A. About 10 points. I’m not even close. Personally, I want to keep boke-ing but I’m too scared if no one tsukkomi’s me (laughs)
Q. How many people can you call as your best friend?
A. I wonder when best friend begins at. I have 10 people who are my good friends. Eh, my friends in England? I had one but I went back to Japan before I could say good bye. I wish I could go see (him/her).
Q. How many bowls of rice can you eat, if you were to give your all?
A. I think I can go 7 to 8 bowls. I’m OK even with just salt!
Q. How many times did you cry this year?
A. About 10 times. I’m quite sentimental. I have emotional tears watching movies and regretful tears when I mess up.

A. Maybe 5 to 6 people. (“were you popular in England, Keito?” voices around him) It was a co-ed school and all the girls were aggressive than Japanese are but…. I wasn’t popular at all.
Q. How many lessons have you taken so far?
A. Three. Two kinds of karate, soccer and tennis. Ah, another one, origami lessons! That’s when I got good with my hands (laughs)
Q. How much kg do you need to gain before seriously dieting?
A. I’m not going to think about diet for another five years because I’m in a growth period. I just have to eat right, grow taller, and build a normal body.
Q. How much have you spent the most at a convenience store?
A. About 4000 yen ($40). The drink I usually get costs 148 yen (~$1.48) but it was selling at 98 yen ($0.98) for limited time only. I bought them in bulk and got cotton swab and magazines, then the total came to that.

A. In the late 30s. I like being alone too.

A. Summer of 2006. Not join but I appeared in the concert for 10 days.

A. The 4th. I think I’m a type of person who use one for a long time.

A. I have, once. The person bit me and it became a brawl. The person was… my dog (laughs). I feel like I haven’t made up with him yet (laughs).

A. Don’t you think it’ll be fun at the ocean? We have 10 people so I bet we’ll have many different ways to play.

Q. How long does it take you to wake up and get out of the house?
A. I try to get up an hour before when I have work but I’m OK with 30 minutes. When I have school, I have to fix my bed head so I get up an hour and a half before.
Q. How many points do you think is your MC skills?
A. 1 point. I just pull back, I have to work harder!
Q. How many people can you call as your best friend?
A. It’s a little different as best friend but JUMP members are the ones I let my heart out the most. Without me, that’s 9 people!
Q. How many bowls of rice can you eat, if you were to give your all?
A. I don’t feel like eating since I’m pretty full right now (laughs). I usually order extra serving when go to a yakiniku place but that’s my limit. I don’t eat that much.

A. That’s a secret (laughs).

A. If I include light feelings, that’s about 5. Ah, I forgot Ohno kun (laughs). Eh, just girls? Sorry about that (laughs).

A. Four. Dance, English, swimming, and soccer. I started dancing around 3~5 years old and continued till I moved to Tokyo. I’m still dancing and that means I’ve been dancing since I was 3. I’m surprised too!

A. 5kg more. I’m 42kg right now and I feel I’m on the heavy side. Eh, I’m skinny? I don’t know if they’re muscles but I have more weight than the people with the same height.

A. 1500 yen ($15). I bought 2 manga that sold in convenience store and Sakurai kun’s Misuya Cidern I also bought lip cream. That’s why it came to that.
Q. How old is your ideal marriageable age?
A. I probably won’t! But if I was, I want to be 20 or at an early age. Then, I’ll become a young dad and form a unit with my son in the future.

A. June something, 2003. I don’t remember the date. It’s the same as Dai chan.

A. It’s my 4th one and pink color! I’m planning on getting a pink one next too.

A. I never have. I don’t think I never had a fist throwing fight in my life. But if I’m in a situation where I have to, then I’ll fight seriously.
Q. What’s something that you think will be fun for all 10 to do?
A. Basketball, dodge ball or some other sport types. I also want to do a big onigokko (hid-and-seek) like the ones in the show “Ya-Ya-yah”.
※So apparently, there’s no actual translation for 「何代目」and that’s why my translation might sound weird. Sorry about that. I guess the closest translation I can find was “how manyth” and manyth isn’t an actual word. xD
