We should most certainly take it a step further. Every time an egg goes unfertilized, women should be charged with "hypothetical murder" on the grounds that it is "a wanton waste of potential human life." Remember, God said "be fruitful and multiply." He did NOT say "let your precious eggs, my gift unto you, leave thine body unfertilized." For you to do so makes you a sinner, and you will burn in hell. After you rot in prison, of course.
