25: I had lots of friends. Easy friends, though, the kind you could buy with your mom's oatmeal cookies. They came and went. Then I found out the truth about the world, and those friends just turned cheap.

46: Abandon your own kin.

70: I like baseball. Minor league, where the boys have to moonlight to pay their bills. Bill and I used to go, get out of the bar, into the fresh air for a few hours. He ate sunflower seeds and spit the shells in between the bleacher seats.
