I am not a fan of spoilers, but I am about five episodes behind on Deadliest Catch on the Tivo and your spoilers were vague, so I clicked and now I am all excited! For they are some of my favorite things too! (Well, #4 is just being a grumpy whiny pants right now, but I guess that in five episodes or so that will change! But #2 is my most favoritest thing ever.)

#4: Grumpy whiny pants....yeah, he threw a bit of a hissyfit, didn't he? I feel like sooner or later, everybody snaps a little at sea. And boy, did he snap. But the sulk doesn't last, I promise.

#2: I've never really gotten involved in reality TV before, but I love this show. And I LOVE those guys.

OK, I had to come back and find this because I was just watching Deadliest Catch, minding my own business, when TEARS started streaming down my face, and I knew I found the episode that prompted this. Poor Jake!

I KNOW, RIGHT? When he started talking to his mom...I totally lost it. TOTALLY. He was already sick, too, so he looked like crap. And then Sig with his little "We'll bust our way in there like nobody's business." And poor Matt. He had to deliver the news. The whole thing was just...I want to hug them all again.

though what made me love it even more was Janissa11's fic where Dean goes crab fishing there.
