Do you really think so? I'm in one of those places where I feel totally incapable of making any decisions beyond what I'm having for lunch. And it's Passover, so half those decisions are already made. You know?

This is probably one of the top ten most annoying things people say, but if you can go, and you want to go, you should--before you have a mortgage/kids/a job you can't get away from/all the other twining tendrils of domesticity pinning you down.

Annoying, right? But if you enjoyed it and got a lot out of it personally the first time, the only reason I could see not to would be if it were really dangerous (which I don't know)

Besides--you're going into International Relations--so it counts as career development!

i'm not a 100% sure that unselfish reasons don't exist -- but that whether it is to learn something or to gain something, there seems to be many legit reasons to go back to haiti for you. so rock it, and we are all proud of you.
