(The popstars that actually I (sort of - I was always far more into my parents' music libraries) grew up listening to (Nsync, Backstreet Boys, et) have been around long enough now that it seems like it's no longer embarrassing to have them on there, but more of a kitsch-value/nostalgia thing? Maybe I'm just impossible to embarrass. I dunno.)
Speaking of Justin Bieber, I was watching MTV this morning, early enough that they actually have music on. One of those unplugged, artist/mike/guitarist thing pops up with Bieber. Initially, I groaned to myself, but I gotta admit, the boy sings damn fine and I completely understand the total fixation. It was only so long ago that I was singing to the Backstreet Boys at the top of my lungs...
