How Clean Is Your House - Worst flat ever?

This is one of my fave shows, I'm bummed if I miss it on the weekend. This is probably the worst case I've ever seen on the show. I like the tall woman, she usually will tell these folks right off. One time she called a woman a "mucky, filthy beggar". How can people let their homes get this bad? I mean, look at it!

Yeah, the ex is a hoarder. I get that it's a mental illness. But the people on this show are so eager to help throw things out, so I think they have a screening process for weeding out real hoarders. I think a lot of the people on this show are seriously clinically depressed. But still, girl, euww, that toilet was disgusting!
