I am 3 hours into the hardest test I have ever taken in my life. I have two more hours to go... today. And then tomorrow I get another 5 hours of synthetic hell. I am in so much pain.

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time. I felt completely lost and stupid when I first came to Berkeley; things do get easier eventually!
