IMHO, teepees are good, but yurts are even better :-)

Definite shame your world tour cannot take in Central Asia, but you can't go everywhere.

Tipis look better against a background of LASERS! And come from the Mystical Land of Tee Pee, whereas Yurts are named after a kind of yogurt drink.

Yurts with cats living in them are unbelievably cute, though.

I went through Asia in October! Mongolia, specifically. And I spent a night in a yurt.

Yurts are better in cold weather; but I like the open fire aspect of tipis. Also as doop says: LASERS.
