I told you about my friend who kept a can of AquaNet labeled SPIDER B GONE with masking tape, right? But stomping works.

Hairspray is great because it gums up their legs, making it harder for them to run away. But it can also stain walls and ceilings, so water is the next best thing.

Hairspray and a blowtorch would be awesome, but, you know, the whole property damage thing...

For added fun you could print up a large sheet of paper with SPIDER DEATH MAT and put it where you think it will fall. Saves making a mess of the carpet.
