I don't know much about your viewing habits, but if you liked Firefly, you'll probably like other Whedonverse stuff, like Buffy or Angel. Nip/Tuck was excellent in the beginning, but it's lost me a bit. I'll watch it if I think about it, but it's not top on my list anymore.
