Look. Sorry for whoever's pissed off. No one's going to understand me right now because I probably don't make any sense. I don't like burning bridges, but since it seems like no one cares about burning them with me, I guess that it's ok if for once I piss everyone off. I don't care if christmas even comes this year. Customers suck! Were you able to do anything about her throwing the box at you, threatening to call the cops or anything? Or was it to quickly over for you to do anything.

No. Unfortunately it was over to quick to really do anything like calling the cops. But I did have enough time to tell the lady off and embarrass her in front of her daughter. I basically told her (in many more words) that there were plenty of other respectful customers that appreciated my assistance and that I didn't make enough money to put up with ignorant people, so she'd have to wait for the manager. She left and then I clocked out for lunch when my manager got back. My manager said she came back and was calm and nice and apologized for making such a big deal. I haven't seen her back in the store though (thankfully).
