Oh yeah, now I remember part of why I stopped posting offer to TeenyCom as much. Seriously, is it common for people to grab a slot and not pay in that community, or is it just me? Because it didn't really happen before and it's pretty LAME and wastes my time

OMG,...YES. Totally HATE that potential-buyer-that-never-responds-after-saying-that-they're-interested crap! I have my policies listed at the top of my selling journal in big bold red words & yet it's like,...The only people I attract seems to be all the deadbeats who do drive-by-commenting! So I end up screening their comments when it's become apparent that they're not going to bother replying. I'm so sick of selling to such crappy buyers.

The same goes for Otaku_Wishlist when the poster never replies back to your comment if you have something on their wish list. I end up deleting my own comment if they don't respond. I figured that if they're not going to come back, I really don't want to sell to this person.

Anyway, sorry for hijacking your post. I'm sorry you're having difficulty with non-paying people.
