Y'know, when I decided I got tired of drawing all the detail for my commission of furry critters and decided to draw the opposite for fun- metallic things- how did I end up doing almost as much detail?

We weren't allowed to wear them at my school either, for I think the same reason. Because there's a ton of gang activity in rural/suburban Washington, don'tcha know.

hahahahaha yes, you look like a gang member with that butterfly.

In my middle school we weren't allowed to wear basically any color because it was a "gang" color. No red, no blue, and there were others I forget. I think purple and grayscale were about all that was left.

I'm sorry I didn't clarify, most everybody else understood: There was an actual school rule against ANY kind of bandanna. I asked a teacher. The person who said it to me was right, there was a rule and I could've gotten in trouble. Luckily my first period was Band and the band teacher already loved me (I played trombone, iffin I never told you) so they were happy to let it slide. XD

But yeah, middle school was pretty stupid. By the end of middle school in Cali I had a group of friends that made it bearable, and were sort of the inspiration for Ron and Lillian, and how they were considered the "freaks and losers" but in turn they made fun of everyone that considered them un-cool at the same time. That was us. XD

I should have guessed it, I had so many rules at school that I don't remember half of them by now X) Maybe bandannas were banned there too, who knows. We even had a school uniform at some point (and it looked ugly).
