Dark Chocolate-Lime Souffles or Chocolate Custard Tartlets with Almond Cookie Crust and Saffron Ice Cream?

almonds & saffron, & how about you have this party, whatever you decide it ought to celebrate, right after x-mas when i'm in the d.c. area? because i love when people buy ingredients i can't afford & use talent i don't possess to make marvelous tasty things that i'm VERY, VERY GOOD at appreciating.

Unfortunately I think we have plans the entire time between Christmas and New Years. Between the multiple families and Joshua activities, life will be crazy. Will have to try for later in 2008.

I'm gonna vote for *both* but barring both, I'd vote for the choco-lime souffles. but then again, I LOVE the chocolate citrus combinations....
