Riley's sick (again). I was up all night last night, because she threw up around 2am and then was just acting very strange; I took her out, cleaned up the mess, and she sat outside of my parents' door and whined -- until my dad got up at 6am (he'd gotten up briefly to try to get her to relax). Now she's been throwing up all day -- my dad's ( Read more... )

She's a Sheltie/Border Collie mix -- we adopted her and her brother, Max, as puppies a little over 2 years ago. She's doing better, thanks! She kept going until about 3am but was okay after that, and she's kept food down since.

Thank you! She's doing much better today. She was still vomiting at a couple times an hour until about 3am, but stopped after that and she's kept all of her food down today.

I'm so sorry about Riley being sick. I hope she gets better very soon. If Cico keeps me up it's because he ate something bad, and then he runs around the room farting. Bizarre.

I think I need to see that one, though I read that it represented lesbians in a "fake" way or soemthing? Idek. Jenn, you always attract the most annoying moviegoers. It's a fact. Though, one thing that tops it: teens, around 15-16, "playing" in front of the screen, running around like morons, for almost the entire movie. Did not happen to me, but it makes me wonder why they wouldn't be stopped.

Lol, they do their fair share of that, but Riley's got a tendency of doing this 24 hr thing. They get into so much, eat anything, and it's impossible to watch them every second. I was just getting worried because she was hacking up this white, foamy stuff, and apparently that can lead to some serious problems. But she's doing much better now. They both go Wednesday for their yearly check-up and vaccinations, so we'll follow up there -- and we also think she's got arthritis (she's always limping, different limbs affected, and she has these knobs on her paws that Max doesn't have; she's like me, a lemon ( ... )

I get so easily scared if I see my pets being sick. Glad to hear she's doing better.

I'd certainly complain too if it was a recurring thing. I usually don't run into those people in the movie theatre anymore. No, haven't seen Queer as Folk. It's with that guy that was on Desperate Housewives, right? Mm, I don't like it if it's too stereotypical, but I'm only hearing good things about this one so far. Should see, should see.

WE ARE SO OLD.
