Reminds me that, in the Bible, when angels show up the first thing they say is "Don't fear" or "Don't be afraid." Has to be a reason they're telling people, hey, don't be freaked out by me.

Thanks! In the show Supernatural the first angel we ever met was so freaky and scary. I really wanted to evoke this, so I'm glad that came across.

Quite the enjoyable series you have going here. I'm not very familiar with Supernatural but that doesn't seem to be impeding my understanding of the storyline.

Yay! This was one of my biggest worries when writing this fic- both my beta and I are really familiar with both shows and I was worried it wouldn't be accessible enough to fans of Criminal Minds only.

I'm really loving this story-- it was recced yesterday over on Limp!Sam, but I wanted to point out that Sam is only 6 ft 4 inches tall, not 6'6" :-)

Glad you're liking it. I know that Sam's technically 6'4", but I'm still not convinced Jared is. Given that Jensen is a pretty standard 6', Jared's a heck of a lot taller than him- more than 4 inches to be sure.

Plus there's the whole Rossi exaggeration thing ;)
