So I move Tuesday, and my landlord has to be the most benevolent man alive. He called me on Saturday to inform me that he had an entire box of dishes that he was about to donate to Goodwill, but on hearing about my lack of stuff, gave them to me ( Read more... )

Hey you. Call me when you get the chance. I can't seem to get to the game for some reason and I'm not sure what your schedule is like... but after tonight (labor day) i'm off for the next two days. I MISS YOU!

You sound like I've abandoned you! I moved because I needed a change of pace and a chance to grow. I was stalemated in Michigan and every day felt like an eternity I didn't want to face. Now I'm out here and since I've gotten my new place life has really taken on a new aspect for me.

I miss some parts of home, and I'm sad we never really hung out in all the years you lived right down the street from me. But maybe that's all the more reason to hang out when I visit home. Word on the street is you're getting married. Congrats. I wish you the best on that. Take care of yourself and write back soon.
