I am really sorry that your parents are being assholes, they are acting selfish during the most commercialized as important day of the year and it's shameful. I understand that family can sometimes drive you crazy (i.e. mine) but paying total disregard to you during a major holiday is... horrible. I love you lots Juils and I would be more than happy to have you come here next year if you want, the offer is open..there is more than enough food for everyone (big italian family =eating from 1pm-10pm). Christmas is a severely over-rated holiday that we wait all year for, only to be disappointed about...unless you live in a Beaver Cleaver Family. So, if you can't beat them...arrange to have them beaten.. or rather.. er.. I know you'll get through this because you are not only an amazing person, but you're a mature individual who I believe can conquer anything.
