South Africa is experiencing an electricity shortage at the moment, this means that depending on a number of factors our electricity can be switched off for period of two and a half hours. This can happen up to four times a day!

As you can imagine this is more than a little inconvenient because the area that I live in always gets the power switched

burritos are quick. frozen vegetables and pasta. spagetti, what about deli sandwiches?

Burritos sound a great idea,we don't eat stuff like that often so it will make a nice change.

The problem is that we have been eating lots of pasta and sandwiches and steak lately and if I don't come up with some new ideas there might be a riot.

I made a pot roast chicken for the first time yesterday, so tommorow I will try burritos.
