Opinions please

Is it very wrong to express anger to a friend-just a little anger,no shouting or yelling involved just a little bite in your comments? Here's my side. I took two good friends and one acquaintance who is sometimes a pain but also very lonely ,on a shopping trip and then to a restaurant for coffee and dessert. We just started hanging out together although we have been phone buddies for years. So this was a first. I do have a quick temper and I wish I didn't. Sometimes it just takes me over and things come out of my mouth that I instantly regret. But I never stay angry.

You made this so clear to me and you are abolutely right. She was rude but I was wrong to point this out to her. By the look on her face she was embarassed. I just didn't see it before. I will apologize and I don't care if she does or not. What the anger was about is not worth losing a friend over and I hope she feels the same way.
