You're going somewhere with this (well, duh). I remember reading one other fic (different, though) about Guy actually going through with his plan to kill little!Luke/Asch. Why did I bring that up? I always find what Guy could've done and the earlier days of Asch and him pretty interesting...

Asch's manner of speech =/= Luke's way of speaking. I like how he's speaking like he's an adult.

And, as always, the Duke's a douche. -rolls eyes-

Not much to say, like you said, but I'm liking where it's going. Of course, if I didn't like anything you wrote/anything dealing with Guy and Luke/Asch, I'd be an idiot.

Oh yeah, if you're worried about the characterizations (if), I'd say you've got them pretty dead on. >_>b

2.7k is a nice length, and even though you decided to cut it short, it works.

You know, for me...the last line parallels what Tear did with Luke. And I got another pairing vibe from this, even though it's small. XD

You did a great job, D, and I'm sure your giftee (or whatever people call them) is going to like it just fine. And it's pretty damn good for a pairing you don't usually write, and a game you haven't played in a while.

Everything under 'Watch him and then judge, huh?' I loved the most. Ahh, everything Asch could've been, before he got those horrible clothes and that hairstyle that makes me cry. And how Guy didn't like him, but couldn't hate him either.
