i had the same problem couple of days ago. try not to do any serious thinking before you sleep ie worry abt getting a job etc and tire yourself out in the day. i saw on tv that drinking milk with honey or eating nuts helps one to go to sleep.
I had insonmia for a while and it was lagi bad because I was sick. I realised that the more you try to 'force' yourself to sleep, the worse it gets. And never ever attempt to look at the clock when you can get to sleep.
