I think it's funny that when I started my job, I was concerned about how fancy everyone looked all the time and lorimelton and I quietly referred to them as The Stepford Social Workers. They still look all fancy, most of them, but they are awesome

:-) I'm glad they're good folks. I hope the car stuff gets better...does MA have a "lemon law?" And would you be covered by it? I know PA has one, but I've never used it so I don't know much more than it's there.

MA does have a lemon law, but Ohio's (where the car was bought) is kind of weak. What I think I might do when I get some free time is write a letter to the Ford Motor Company about the shady practices of some of their dealers, and see what they say.

I wondered when I had seen mention of this situation in the Columbus LJ community (without names) if it was your car. Nice to know how Ricart screws their customers over. Not that you're the first ones I've known this to happen to.

Ha ha, I didn't know it got posted! I will have to go check it out on columbus. I like being famous by proxy.

And yeah, there are tons of information on the internet about Ricart and their shadiness. SUCKS.
