Reading: Carry On, Jeeves, because my wife & I have been watching the Fry & Laurie TV version, and it's about time I started reading some Wodehouse. I also just started reading Kim Stanley Robinson's Red Mars. I want to read some optimistic, futurist SF.

Planning: Solstice on Sunday! Prezzies! A roast chicken dinner! And then on Wednesday...my birthday.

Wearing: Jeans, blue & white stripey shirt, green v-neck sweater, red Chucks.

Writing: Really need to finish that guest blog post on the Library Society of the World I was asked to write.

Reading: Whatever I can get my hands on. I fly out in two hours. I've got "Wisdom of the Sufis" but that may or may not fit my mood at the moment.

Planning: Travel, funeral, family drama. Hopefully food, friends, and some quiet time.

Wearing: T-shirt + jeans, soon to be super bundled vs. Seattle cold.

Writing: Nothing at the moment. Intrigued by the idea of a game about Chinese in the Wild West who are ghost hunters. Sort of like the -other- shit job that never made the history books.

Reading: I finished The Vintner's Luck, which I think you'd like. I've started Gibson's Pattern Recognition, which bigscary recommended, and Witch Hunter, the latter being more to my taste right now. I love the in-joke about Rosie the Riveter!

Planning: Holiday shopping. Games club at jayeye's. Meeting zrealm. Staying warm. Job hunting.

Wearing: Fresh silk longjohns under jeans, the t-shirt with the books my favorite authors didn't quite write. Gonna put on warm boots.

Writing: My zine for Alarums and Excursions 400th issue.
