I'm not sure about Piggy, but Robin looks like some sort of Pilgrim. But that opens up the question, why in the hell woudld he dress as a Pilgrim for Halloween? Seems random. I was going to guess a witch for Piggy, but that doesn't seem her style. So, probably a princess or something, renaissance chick maybe?
I can see myself now, raking the nets for better quality versions of the picture to solve this mystery! I'll let you know if I find anything ;p
