I'm going to start by saying how great it is that someone is finally writing these two again. This community has been dead for a while, and it saddens me to think that all of the Frank/John writers have either moved on to different pairings or just don't come here any more. They used to be such a big pairing and all of a sudden...nothing for so long.

Now, onto the fic. It feels like so many different knives through my heart and my soul, but I don't think it'll be the last time I feel like this. AVB is definitely shutting Frank out and it worries me that his contract is running short. We've lost a lot of good players who were loved by the fans but just out of favour with the manager at the wrong time. I don't want Frank to leave.

It's really well written and I enjoyed the moment on the bus between Frank and John, even if it was short-lived.
