Unlikely. The field techs in question are the president's sons, so, nothing will happen. Just like the lead field tech being the owner's son, so nothing ever happens there when he disrespects EVERYONE at the company, throwing temper tantrums, exploding, etc...

I would show the boss what was done on site.. and ask him if its in your job description to fix their work.. or will he do something to correct the situation.

let him take care of the situation.. tell him if i'm doing A .. do not expect me to be doing B at the same time.

Therein lies the problem: my boss is their father. End result, NOTHING will happen. Oh well. I showed him the pictures, described the shit work, and he was "huh, ok, well.." then mumbled something and wandered away.
