Sorry bout "falling off the face of the earth" this past week, but I have a very good reason. Last week greeted me with some mean kidney pain which then added the spine. After 2 visits to the ER this week in Indiana, I found out a nice virus had decided to call my kidneys home and that a disc in my lower back decided to go on a vacation. Hooray
