There will be a premiere and red-carpet event for August Rush on Thursday, October 18 at the Heartland Film Festival in Indianapolis, IN.

Is there any particular reason why this is gonna be in Indianapolis? While I'm super happy that August Rush will have a premiere,I was expecting something more fancy like NYC or LA.Well....I hope WB promotes this movie all right cause i'm sure it has a big potential

To be honest I have no clue. I live an hour away and I've never even heard of the Heartland Film Festival. 0.o I'm going to the evening screening so if I learn anything about HFF at the reception/Q&A I'll be sure to pass it along.

LOL! Thank you so much. I've already seen him at the tapings of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in '05 and Jay Leno this past April, but this will be quite different if he does make an appearance. I have my doubts, but if it happens I'll be sure to take lots of pictures and share them. :) At the very least I'll be able to tell you anything you want to know about August Rush! :)
