No, there's absolutely no culture in Boston - with its countless symphonies, museums, theaters. Nor in New York, or Chicago, or Philadelphia.

I agree. And I assume that no other country, France or London included, engaged in frivilous lawsuits or unjustified wars. Also, the US is also only about 400 years old, so it would make sense to have less of what one may view as a culture, but there definitely is culture here.

Since England is supporting us in our "unjustified war" (which I agree, it is), then they probably share some of the same principles (or lack thereof) that America has.

Those countries are older and have more history, but that doesn't mean the U.S. doesn't have culture. Ours it just a little bit younger. :-)

Culture isn't just made up of museums and stuff, anyone can build a nice building, get some art donated or pay a bunch of good musicians, but that's not really culture. I meant in the way people act on a day-to-day basis. Of course, this is a generalization of the US, but still true. Sure, those cities have great things to offer, as does every place, but it's the people in them that define it.

And no, there is no other country that I know of where you can sue for spilling coffee on yourself. Come on, that is ridiculous.

Sure England shares some of our values, but the way people act is completely different. Who freaked out when London was bombed? Not the British, it was the Americans, some of whom then cancelled planned trips there for fear they would get bombed too. Do they not understand your own house, town, local landmark, etc. could be the subject of a terrorist attack?
