Among the big brains at work here is Kansas Sen. Pat Roberts, who's all for the move because Kansas is one of the locations under consideration.

My first thought was 'This is the guy that the people of Kansas picked to represent them?' This was immediatly followed by the realization that the people of Kansas include Fred Phelps and that they apparently don't believe in evolution there. Perhaps they don't believe in germ theory either?

And in the case of Phelps any outbreak can be blamed on the USA tolerating them homosexuals.

Hmm. Nation Guard outnumbered by a horde of diseased creatures and not having enough firepower to stop them. Sounds like a zombie flick with cows. Night of the Mooing Dead?
