Susan has been collecting new pictures at this link; a trip to a combination pumpkin patch / cotton field, horseback riding, and so on for the three girls.  I guess it’s hot in Birmingham…they’re going off ice skating today!

Mere also had some sort of reaction to something on the farm, and aside of lots of Benadryl, the folks down there are keeping

Any chance it's poison ivy? Unweeded poison ivy has had the whole growing season to run rampant.
