my snoot is stuffed up and I use a CPAP- what I found is that salt water rinses help immensely- either neti pot or sinuclenz.

pist off. irritated. wanting to save antioch. having my head spin at how fast things are changing.

and tired of arrogant antioch "personalities" who all think they know best how to save the college. and VERY tired of the BoT who are exclusionarily holding cards to their dang chest.
