If you hadn’t been watching - yes, I am out of the rehab place and have been since the 8th of December, and taking every-weekday Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments at Edward Hospital’s Wound Center, which involves me being sealed up in a big plastic tube for two hours with 100% oxygen at 2.5 time

dealing with these health issues. Of course you are exhausted and dis-spirited. But these things *will* pass. It will get better. There will come a day in the very near future when you realize you feel better and wonder "when did that happen" because it will come on so gradually that you won't know when it really happened. But it will come.

There was just way too much in the way of 5 steps forward, 6 steps (or 4) back in this whole business, so many difficult screwups by others that messed me up, and so on. You'd think things would be done, but new unexpected things came up to the point where you just lost hope.

that's ok too. Sometimes hope is a heavy burden. Sometimes its best just to wait and see. Let the folks around you carry the hope for awhile. but you are healing, when you can see a hole get smaller at least you are getting verifiable, tangible evidence of change. So instead of hope, hold onto facts for now.
