A cure? OMG OMG OMG

As a lot of you know, I was diagnosed over four years ago (on the day after I turned 50) with Chronic Leukocytic Leukemia ( CLL); you can live for decades with the stuff, but it’s bad news. Wow. A few years ago I donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in memory of a friend's son who died of cancer. I'm glad to see that my small contribution may have helped.

Dang right it did. A friend in Texas has been helping them on fund raisers...and yeah, there is something good at the other end. Without these two charities, an awful lot of people wouldn't be looking at much hope for a cure anytime soon.
