*snifl* Went to bed around 8:45, and woke up at 10:30 when Susan came to bed - partly because I was stuffed up and couldn’t breathe well through the CPAP, and partly because of the fuss of Susan getting into place and the dog trying to get next to MOMMY for the night.  Looked around for a stray decongestant, couldn’t find one, and finally scared up ( Read more... )

Wow, that is really good news about your foot! My dad needs to learn to be as upbeat, especially since his levels have been low since the surgery 5+ odd years ago. You are a really good role model for people in your situation.

I am so happy to hear that the healing is coming along so well-that's huge!

I know how you feel about the other stuff, different version of sword of damocles over me but I too don't dwell on it overmuch because aside form doing all the stuff that helps worrying about what I can't fix would make me nuts and if I talked about it 24/7 I would bore myself I think.

Sure. I don't know the details of your sword, but I understand and agree with the rest. Ace researcher here could sit and look over every scrap of stuff on the disease on the Internet - and drive himself nuts / into deep depression. Can't do that. I have a little girl to harass.
