By CD cover, do you mean the booklet that goes inside the case? If so, I made that for a CD for my boyfriend for... I think Valentine's day, which was also our three month anniversary. I just cut computer paper so that, when folded in half booklet style, it would fit into the case. There were about fourteen pages once it was put together. I just wrote the part of the lyrics that meant most to me on each page and made it all really colorful and bright. I'm sure you could do a lot more with it - with drawings or whatever - and maybe better paper than just computer paper. :P Good luck!

Yup, that is pretty much what I mean. How did you put the book together, just fold then staple?

Yeah. It's kind of difficult if you don't have a longer stapler, but somehow I managed it :P
