If you were a director of a movie, what kind of movie would you make it?
I want to make a documentary movie, kind of like Michael Jackson’s “THIS IS IT”! When I saw that movie, I was touched by how those amazing people would have rehearsals just like us. If we made the Junior concert rehearsals into one movie, wouldn’t it be interesting? I want the location shoots to be in Hawaii. I want to try fancy effects like the fire wave from “THIS IS IT”!
Who would play the leading role?
Hashimoto Ryosuke! Hashi is super funny, but that part doesn’t appear too much on stage, right? So I want to show the cool Hashi, but also the real Hashi. I don’t know if it’ll benefit Hashi or not though (laughs). But I want to show not only Hashi’s funny side, but also his kind side. He gives me presents on my birthday, and whenever I don’t understand a dance move, he teaches me kindly. Of course, the other members of A.B.C-Z will appear too, so I think it’ll be a high level dance project. It’ll be a rehearsal movie, so I need a choreographer to appear too. I know! I’ll make a scene in which Chino, whose tension is max in Hawaii, is fooling around when he bumps into the choreographer and he is scolded, “Hey Chino! Do it properly!” (laughs).
What’s a game genre that Shintaro is good at?
I was really hooked on games a while ago, but recently I haven’t been playing. Sometimes, I play the card game “poverty” with the rest of Hip Hop~ members, and it’s super fun.
If you were to plan a game, what kind of game would you make it?
It would be a “Johnny’s Sports Day.” There would be many sports to choose from, and the members can choose on their own. If it’s baseball, I would make Kamenashi-kun the pitcher… and it’ll be super fun! Oh, if I was actually to be part of a sports day? I want to compete against my older brother (Ryutaro) in track. My brother used to be faster than me before, but I’m a middle school student this year. So I want to settle on who’s faster!
