This photoshoot delivers an overload of cuteness: two Shintarōs (Morimoto and Kishimoto), Aoi Okada, Reia Nakamura, Yūya Ōtsuka, and Kei Kurita dressed in pajamas talking about sleepovers ^^. Translation requested by
jumploud .
Shintarō Kishimoto: I want to go around the whole country on a sempai’s tour! Once I had a three night long sleepover. It was for JUMP’s concerts in Ōsaka, and riding in a airplane and staying in a hotel was fun like a field trip. I still haven’t been able to backdance for my favorite group, NEWS, so next time, I want to try going on your with them to Hokkaidō or Okinawa. Every morning, I wake up to the song [Say Hello] by NEWS. Therefore, I’d like to try back dancing for that song!
Aoi Okada: I want to try having a sleepover where we play soccer at a park during the day and stay in a hotel at night. Before, during a break time, I played soccer with Shintarō-kun and it was really fun. Next time, I want to play freely, without having to worry about time. I’ve never had a sleepover, but I’d sure like to try having one. First of all, I’d like to try staying overnight somewhere to support my sempai during a concert! But staying by myself is scary, so having about four other people with me would be good. If it was like that, the night would be fun too!
Which Shintarō does Okada mean? I’m guessing Morimoto, but it could be either of them.
Reia Nakamura: It seems like it’d be fun to stay over at each of the member’s houses! During the day, we’d go to an amusement park. I love roller coasters. I’m also fine with haunted houses. At this one scary haunted house that took more than an hour to complete, my little sister cried and left early, but I endured until the end. Going skiing for a day would also be nice. Since it’s all of the Snow Prince Gasshōdan, having one sleepover at everybody’s house would take more than 10 days… At the end of that, it seems like everyone would be exhausted and tired of playing (smile).
Yūya Ōtsuka: I want to try having a survival-style sleepover on a place like an unpopulated island! Since I’ve never had a real camping experience, that’s what I want to try. During the day, we’d play Tarzan, and when we got hungry we’d all make curry together, and get excited when we caught fish from the ocean and grilled them to eat~. Eh, what would my role be? Yeah… Peeling the potatoes or apples or bananas or the carrots! I learned about peeling in home economics class, so it seems like I’d be able to do it (smile).
I feel like this kind of sleepover would degenerate into a Lord of the Flies-esque situation in a matter of minutes xD. Only they’d hopefully be better than the original boys (and not, you know, kill anybody).
Kei Kurita: I sure want to have a sleepover with everyone in a place where we could play challenge games sports. Recently I went rollerblading with my friends from school and it was super fun. When we were in this big field, I thought: “it’s amazing that Kisumai can dance like this!” After playing in a place like that, we’d have to find a hotel or ryōkan (traditional Japanese inn) with a big room for everyone to stay in. If we had a sleepover like that, we’d probably talk until the morning~.
Shintarō Morimoto: I want to go to a ryōkan that has an onsen (hot spring/spa)! Then we’d have a competition like “who can stay in the onsen the longest.” For a room, it’d sure be nice to have a big room where everyone could stay together. A room by yourself is totally bad. Because it’d be lonely, and it’d be scary when you tried to sleep (smile). If I was with Fukka (Mis Snow Man’s Tatsuya Fukasawa), it seems like it’d be exciting~. Before, I stayed in Ōsaka for JUMP’s concerts, and it was really fun. It’d be nice if I got to go around the whole country on tour.
I didn’t know Shintarō and Fukka were close friends. The kind of funny thing is that Fukka entered Johnny’s in the same audition that Ryūtarō did. Maybe that’s how they met.
