I enjoyed reading your mushier version of the boys. While not exactly in character, you had a nice angst/schmoop balance.

While I do like hurt!Sam, I'm actually more of a fan of the angst - and man you knocked that out of the park! You pulled all those strings that just kill me and it's especially during this timeframe in the boy's relationship.

Finally LJ seems to be up and running again so I could read the rest of your awesome story. I'm such a sucker for hurt Sam and protective Dean and I do rather love some angst and a happy ending too! ;) I really loved this story, great job! (:

Boy...it was so so so darn good. Sam's POV was heartbreaking. I almost cried while I was reading this. Poor Sammy, he's suffered too much but never complained. That's why I love him. He deserves it. Very intense story so far, thanks for sharing.
