My uncle has a house in Hamtramck that no one is living in, so he's letting me stay there for free while I try to recover from the theft, and the fees for breaking contract with my current apartment

Roosevelt, and the house behind Teta's. Well, technically, I guess all the Nuar's houses in the neighborhood belong to her (there are like two or three), but I guess she has her sons taking care of them now.
