just curious if the voting in Florida today changes your view of this being a 75% switch? In my opinion I think todays results make Rubio a bit happier. Meek winning huge will make it hard for National Dems to ignore him without really pissing off the african american base and other members of the left.

My guess is within 7 days Crist announces he will caucus with the Dems in an attempt to give them cover. Add in just how many more Republicans voted than Dems and I think Rubio looking strong

It certainly makes Crist less likely now, because he was more likely if Greene won than if Meek won but now Greene is out.

Crist almost certainly won't announce now. I still think he will wait until the last few weeks when (he hopes) it will be clear that Meek cannot win but he needs the Meek votes.

Yes, the vote differential does make Rubio look stronger. Some of that may have been due to the superheated R Governor's primary, but it's a huge differential in a state with more D's than R's. OTOH, you do have all the I's which could make up a lot of the gap.
